Spot color

This is the most traditional screen printing method.  Every color goes in it's own individual screen which then are registered to each other on press and printed individually.  99% of all the printing we do uses this method.  It is the tried and true, go-to process for the majority of designs.  We can still implement halftones and gradiated colors to achieve neat results and monotone photo-realism, it just can't be used to print full color photos accurately.  When color matching for you brands needs is imperative, this is the way to go.  We can color match to any Solid Coated Pantone that you provide and this printing method can produce a true color match.  The only down side to this is the inability to provide photo realism and the limit to how many individual colors can be used within the image.
